    Catherine is a Partner and Co-Founder of the firm. She brings over a decade of experience investigating and litigating complex antitrust cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides in federal and California state courts. 

  • Shaoul Sussman

    Shaoul is a Partner and Co-Founder of the firm and a seasoned antitrust practitioner with extensive experience in private and government practice.

  • Nicolas Stebinger

    Nicolas, a Partner and Co-Founder of the firm, is a seasoned trial lawyer and antitrust practitioner. Nicolas has investigated, prosecuted, and defended a broad array of antitrust lawsuits.

  • Nico Gurian

    Nico, a Partner at the firm, is a litigator with deep experience in the government and private sector. Prior to joining the firm, Nico was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, and served as lead attorney at the trial and appellate levels.

  • Jesse Payne-Johnson

    Jesse is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the firm, bringing extensive experience advising a wide variety of institutions on both legal and business matters, including organizational design, governance, operations, growth and risk management.   

  • Nathan Soderstrom

    Nathan, a partner at the firm, is an experienced antitrust lawyer whose practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation, merger-related disputes, government investigations, and strategic competition issues.


  • Andrew Naravage

    Andrew is a Counsel at the firm. An experienced litigator, Andrew has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trials across a number of industries. Prior to joining the firm Andrew was an Associate at a leading multinational firm.

  • Daniel Blauser

    Daniel Blauser is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an attorney in the Anticompetitive Practices shop in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission.

  • Erinma Man

    Eri is an Associate at the firm. Eri has litigated and provided strategic counsel in complex federal and state court litigation spanning a wide range of subject matter areas and pro bono practice involving immigrant rights advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Eri was an Associate at two leading U.S. law firms.

  • Paul Goodrich

    Paul is a seasoned litigator who has represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country.

  • Kaitlyn McMillan

    Kaitlyn is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn served as an Enforcement Attorney at both the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the New York Department of Financial Services.

  • Victoria Field

    Victoria is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Connecticut in the Antitrust Section of the Office of the Attorney General.

  • Thomas Mattes

    Thomas is an antitrust lawyer who comes to the firm from the Federal Trade Commission, where he was a member of the trial team that litigated the landmark FTC v. Meta Platforms.

  • Braden Fain

    Braden is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Braden has prior experience in complex commercial litigation while at a multinational law firm, as well as extensive pro bono engagements defending voting and immigration rights.

  • Divali Legore

    Divali is a Legal Analyst with experience in regulatory analysis, data-driven case support, and legal operations. Prior to joining the firm, Divali served as a Director’s Financial Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

  • Faiza Chowdhury

    As a Paralegal, Faiza supports the firm’s legal team to advocate for clients and fair market practices.  Prior to joining the firm, Faiza was a paralegal at a litigation boutique firm in New York City.

  • Lakxshanna Raveendran

    As a Paralegal for Simonsen Sussman, Lakxshanna provides research and case support to the firm's legal teams in their work on antitrust enforcement matters.

  • Jefferson Sheng

    As a paralegal for Simonsen Sussman, Jefferson supports the firm's legal teams with case work across a range of matters. Prior to joining, Jefferson worked as a paralegal analyst at a boutique New York law firm.

  • Jason Hwang

    Jason is a Legal Intern at Simonsen Sussman, where he supports the firm's attorneys with research and other assistance on multiple ongoing matters.
