Braden Fain

Overview

Braden is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Prior to joining the firm, Braden was an Associate at a leading multinational law firm where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the country. In law school, he interned for the Securities and Exchange Commission's Market Abuse Unit and served as Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy.

In his pro bono work, Braden has served as counsel for amicus curiae successfully defending the constitutionality of the New York Voting Rights Act and preventing federal immigration enforcement's presence in New York City's prisons. Braden also represented clients seeking exoneration in his law school's Wrongful Convictions Clinic.

Braden holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. from Kansas State University. Prior to his legal career, Braden was an Associate in the audit department of an international public accounting firm.
