To be considered for an associate position, a strong academic background and excellent writing skills are required. Antitrust and litigation experience are strongly preferred. Applicants should be able to take substantive and leading roles in case development, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and trial. Applicants must be able to work independently and in a remote environment. Attorneys with three to six years of experience are encouraged to apply, though we will accept and review all applications received. 

Salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors. Associates also will be eligible to receive discretionary bonuses dependent upon performance and the firm’s profitability. The positions are fully remote.

To be considered for the paralegal position, at least two years of prior experience in a paralegal or legal support role, a substantial portion of which must be litigation-related, are required. Candidates should have experience with document review databases, document productions, filings, document formatting, and proofreading. Candidates should also be open to performing a variety of administrative tasks relating to the management of the firm. As the firm grows, the paralegal may be required to train and supervise other support staff. 

Salary will be in a range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, determined based on experience and other job-related factors. The paralegal also will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus dependent upon performance and the firm’s profitability. The position is fully remote, though in-person attendance may be required for specific events such as trials.
