Overview

Alex is a Law Clerk at Simonsen Sussman and joins the firm with a background in economics and a strong interest in antitrust law and competition policy. In law school, he interned for an insurance defense litigation firm and in-house at a real estate investment company.

Alex holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Camden with high honors and a B.A. from Stockton University. At Rutgers Law, he served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. He was a research assistant for Professor Allan R. Stein, where he drafted annual updates to Wright & Miller: Federal Practice & Procedure. Alex also represented clients seeking expungement of their criminal records in his law school’s Expungement Law Project clinic.

Prior to his legal career, Alex spent more than a decade working in the service industry.
