Overview

Nico Gurian, an associate at the firm, is a litigator with experience in both government and the private sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Nico was a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice where he represented the United States as lead attorney at both the trial and appellate levels and served on the DOJ’s Trade Fraud Task Force. Before joining the DOJ, Nico was in private practice where he represented whistleblowers under the False Claims Act and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s whistleblower program. He was also a trial advocacy fellow at a nationally-recognized plaintiffs’ trial firm.

Nico clerked for the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He holds a J.D. and B.A. from Columbia.
