Overview
Daniel Blauser is an Associate at Simonsen Sussman. Prior to joining the firm he worked as an attorney in the Anticompetitive Practices shop in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. He began his career in the antitrust practice group of a major international law firm in Washington D.C. Daniel has extensive experience in investigations, M&A, and litigation both as a government enforcer and in private practice. While at the FTC he helped bring the first Robinson Patman Act case brought by the Federal government in over two decades in FTC v. Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Baylor University, and a B.S. in International Political Economy from the University of Texas at Dallas.
