Ex-enforcers launch plaintiffs’ boutique

Global Competition Review (17 June 2025) - Three ex-Federal Trade Commission lawyers and a former US prosecutor have opened an antitrust boutique focused on enforcement of “underutilised” laws on behalf of private plaintiffs and state attorneys general.
