Simonsen Sussman Welcomes Associate Braden Fain
Simonsen Sussman is pleased to announce that Braden Fain has joined the firm as an Associate.
Having served as an Associate at a leading multinational law firm, Braden has represented clients in federal and state courts, bringing significant commercial and civil litigation experience to the firm.
In law school, Braden interned for the Securities and Exchange Commission's Market Abuse Unit and served as Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy.
Braden’s extensive pro bono experience includes serving as counsel for amicus curiae successfully defending the constitutionality of the New York Voting Rights Act and preventing federal immigration enforcement's presence in New York City's prisons. Braden also represented clients seeking exoneration in Duke’s Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
Braden earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from Kansas State University. Before his legal career, Braden was an Associate in the audit department of an international public accounting firm.
