Simonsen Sussman LLP Is Accepting Applications for Associate Attorneys
March 18, 2026 — Simonsen Sussman LLP, a boutique plaintiff side antitrust and unfair competition law firm founded by former enforcers, is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for associate attorneys to join the firm.
Simonsen Sussman’s attorneys have decades of experience litigating federal and state antitrust and unfair competition laws through government investigations and in private and public actions across the country. The firm represents entrepreneurs, new entrants, small businesses, workers, and state and local governments in complex matters involving concentrated market power and anticompetitive conduct. The firm's work focuses on high impact litigation designed to strengthen competitive markets and protect those harmed by dominant firms.
The firm is seeking candidates with strong analytical and writing skills, a demonstrated interest in antitrust or competition law, and a commitment to mission-driven enforcement. Antitrust and litigation experience, including merger enforcement litigation, are strongly preferred. Applicants should be prepared to take substantive and leading roles in case development, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and trial. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a remote environment. Attorneys with at least two years of experience are encouraged to apply, though all applications will be accepted and reviewed.
Salary will range from $140,000 to $200,000 based on experience and other job-related factors. Associates also will be eligible to receive discretionary bonuses dependent upon performance. The positions are fully remote.
