On May 13, 2026, Nicolas Stebinger participated in a panel organized by the ABA Antitrust Law Section in Mexico City discussing exchanges of information under United States and Mexican competition laws. Stebinger and co-panelists Renata Hesse, Victor Meyer Suarez, and Brian Smith, with moderator Ryan Danks, discussed existing frameworks for evaluating the legality of information exchanges among actual and potential competitors, and how those frameworks may need to change to address evolving technologies such as multiple competitors' use of similar algorithmic pricing software.
