Joey earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Legal Fellow for Senator Chris Murphy and a Summer Law Intern with the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division. He also clerked for the Senate Budget Committee and Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. He holds an M.A. in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a B.A. in Political Science, Philosophy, and German from Temple University.

Before law school, Joey served as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer, completing two sea tours and deployments to the East Mediterranean and Arabian Gulf. He subsequently served at the Pentagon as Executive Assistant to the Director of Navy Plans, Policy, and Integration. Joey continues his service in the Navy Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Welcome, Joey!
