Simonsen Sussman Welcomes Associate Hilary Rosenthal
Simonsen Sussman is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Hilary Rosenthal to the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Hilary worked as an attorney in private practice at a prominent civil rights firm. She clerked for the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Hilary has previously worked as an attorney at Human Rights Watch, the ACLU of Hawai'i, and in private practice at an Am Law 100 law firm.
Hilary earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a semifinalist in the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court competition. She served as Executive Articles Editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, as Co-President of the Environmental Law Society, and as a member of the Mediation Clinic, where she mediated legal disputes in New York City and led courses on international conflict resolution at the United Nations and in Tokyo, Japan. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
