Simonsen Sussman LLP Is Hiring Associates

Simonsen Sussman LLP, a boutique plaintiff-side antitrust and unfair competition firm founded by former enforcers, is currently accepting applications for associate attorneys to join our team. 

Simonsen Sussman’s founders together have decades of experience litigating federal and state antitrust and unfair competition laws through government investigations and in private and public actions across the country. We advocate for fair competition by helping entrepreneurs, new entrants, small businesses, workers, and other victims of anticompetitive and unfair practices, as well as state and local governments, to chart creative, strategic, and cost-effective paths to relief from violations of the competition laws.

To be considered for an associate position, a strong academic background and excellent writing skills are required. Antitrust and litigation experience are strongly preferred. Applicants should be able to take substantive and leading roles in case development, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and trial. Applicants must be able to work independently and in a remote environment. Attorneys with three to six years of experience are encouraged to apply, though we will accept and review all applications received. 

Salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors. Associates also will be eligible to receive discretionary bonuses dependent upon performance and the firm’s profitability. The positions are fully remote.
