On Monday, October 20, 2025, at the invitation of the National Grocers Association, Partner Catherine Simonsen spoke to the NGA’s Government Relations Committee at the 2025 NGA Executive Conference & Policy Summit. Her remarks covered public and private enforcement of our federal and state price discrimination laws and strategic ways to use those laws to obtain relief on the most important issues facing small and independent grocery stores.
