Simonsen Sussman LLP Seeks Applications for Fall 2025 Law Clerk Positions

Simonsen Sussman LLP is seeking applications from qualified 2Ls and 3Ls to join the firm as part-time, paid law clerks in Fall 2025.  Law clerks will assist with all aspects of our practice, including legal research and analysis, factual research, case development, pleading preparation, and administrative tasks.  We seek eager, bright, and practical individuals who wish to bring their skills to bear to further private enforcement of federal and state antitrust and unfair competition laws.

Details:

• Dates: September - December 2025.  Please do not apply if you cannot commit yourself for the full semester.  Successful law clerks may be invited to stay on beyond the semester.

• Time commitment: 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility as to when the work is done.

• Pay: $18/hour.

• Location: fully remote.
